Love this bank! The staff is great. From the front desk receptionist to the loan officers in the back. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everytime I visit, the staff is able and willing to help. Setting up my checking, saving and online banking accounts were very easy. I'm glad to be a part of this bank! 10/10, I would definitely recommend it. The only cons about this bank is it closes at 5pm/not open on the weekends (simply doesn't work with MY schedule). It's sometimes difficult to get assistance over the phone. I also wish the online banking app was more up to date. Other than that, it's a great company, with great customer service, and perks!
