Feels like you’re banking with your family. I’ve never felt an atmosphere like when you walk in those doors. Wonderful people and I’m just upset that I didn’t know about them sooner. I had the same issue as Lawanda had that my card wasn’t working when I went out of town. But after getting declined the third time I received a call from the fraud detection department on a “Saturday night”. They confirmed my last three transactions and unfroze my card. I was able to use it the remainder of the weekend even on the way back to get gas. I can appreciate the security.

Mr Hart is the GOAT!!! Had an account there since 1981 so you do the math! They do need to get a website tho asap they still operating in the 19th century lol other than that they the bestest!

My husband has a card that does not work we out of town. And gave Metropolitan a call and still this card do not work.. He's feeling frustrated right about now...and about to take all his funds out...and yes he went to Metropolitan before we left to go out of town. They made sure his card worked...And here in Maryland and card is not working....This is so frustrating for him right now.......
