This has been one of my banks for about 20 years, but I no longer live in the area. I recently stopped by while in town after being stuck in traffic due to an accident and simply asked to use the restroom. The teller, with an attitude, said, “No, I would have to escort you to the bathroom and we have no one to do that.” Meanwhile, there were three employees standing together, no customers at the outside window and only one customer leaving the desk. I was the only one remaining. Everyone just stared at me. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was disappointing and completely unnecessary. After two decades of being a customer, I expected better or maybe I didn’t considering the track record of this type of behavior there.
