Dear DC Credit Union, I want to sincerely thank Joy in Member Services for her outstanding assistance. As a new member, I switched my direct deposit but forgot to apply for a card. I would have had to wait 7-10 days I assumed, I didn't even know I could get access to a instant debit card, but Joy took the time to clearly explain my options and walk me through the process step by step. She was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and easy experience because of her knowledge and willingness to help. I truly appreciate her customer service and dedication to making sure I had the information I needed. In my short experience every interaction with staff at DC Credit Union has been amazing, I highly recommend their services. Thank you, Joy, for going above and beyond it means alot! Khiry New Member

Every interaction w/ Ms. Ebony Tyson is a reminder what excellent customer service looks like. Not only did Ms. Tyson resolve my issue efficiently, but she also exceeded my expectations in every way.

Takes forever, closed my account because after doing everything they asked it seems as though they just want to chit chat on the phone and not do their jobs. Even if the interest rate is too good to be true, do not go with them Alise
