Never every again will I borrow from this Credit Union. Just trying to make a payment or simply get my account number. omg ..... I'm paying my 165.000 loan off today and never every going to borrow again from them. Okay Department of Commerce you can have all of your money back. You know who I am so done with the bull shit. Good bye. Also, your reps are all rude. Update . Loan was paid off on the 1st of October and still waiting on my tittle. today is October 27th I called last week and asked to have a letter sent to me showing my bus loan paid in full. I was sent a letter showing my home improvement loan was paid in full. Is this a stall tactic? Never get a loan from this credit union unless you like the run around . I will be sending a letter to the BBB and Attorney General. I think I will also look into legal action as well. Okay so you say it could take up to 30 to get my title ? How long does it take to close my account and send me my money? I can tell you... It was closed on 10/01/2025 and you sent out my check on 10/27/2025 so you have said.... I haven't got that check yet. S Gebhardt Now you know who I am. Please help this make sense. I am also waiting for you to fix my credit rating as well. my account number just so you can see who I am xxx0144 as you can see, I'm beyond pissed. Finally, after several attempts you sent me the correct paperwork showing my loan is paid in full, Showing the vin on it so I can go get the lien removed MYSELF 10/30/2025

Awful. Just awful! After they merged and forced a new login upon me, they have been taking double payments from me monthly because the one that was set up before this merge "vanished" as far as can be seen on their website. I was advised to set up another payment after talking with a representative who assured me the initial payment schedule was gone and erased from their system. After it happened again, I spoke with a manager, Sierra, who said she was just as confused as I was as to why both payments are being withdrawn from my bank account and told me a specialist would be calling me back in 24-48 hours. I'm still waiting! That was 2 weeks ago. Absolutely horrid customer service and system! Unbelievable.

I am deeply hurt by this credit union recent reporting. I have been with them 3 plus years and they've recently reported me as missed after these years of working so hard in increasing my credit score. I received an alert notification from Equifax that my credit score dropped by 68 points due to their reporting on Saturday. It skipped my mind completely with so much going on. I have been paying $600 each month and I still owe about $13k. The opportunity to refinance is now down the drain. I would never want to acquire credit through them again. They are so quick to report without mercy. Now, I am so eager to pay them off as quickly as possible.

I just spent an hour on the phone with 6 different representatives, none of whom were actually able to assist me. I am currently out of the country and I made them aware beforehand. The first few days I had no issues using my debit card. However, the card had begun to decline charges. When I called customer service they stated the card was locked, I asked if they could unlock the card as I still need access to my funds. I was then transferred multiple times stating I needed to speak to an account specialist then I needed to speak to someone from the fraud department. Overall, this experience has been terrible and I still do not have access to my own money. Not one person out of the 6 people i spoke to was helpful in any way. Very disappointing.

The absolute worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Zero stars. They make it impossible to make a payment on a loan. How can you not want to take a customers/members money? When you get someone in the phone they have to open a ticket for someone else to assist. The assistance doesn’t happen.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
