Some of these reviews must have been written by the big banks because this credit union is awesome. Yes, they do have an app and I've been using it for depositing checks for many years. Their customer service is great. Top notch. When you consider that these are college students, I would rate this CU a 10. I've been banking here since I was a student and let's just say that some decades have past since then. I always end up coming back. Tried the big banks and always end up closing those accounts to go back to the CU!

By far the absolutely worse credit union that has ever opened. Been with the bank for 6 years and each year it gets worse and worse. You can't get worse even if you prayed and asked for worse. Tbh, I'd rather bank with cracheads before banking with this credit union again. I'm for giving students a chance but at some point we must draw the line. Most of the people in person and over the phone are beyond incompetent. I've been discriminated against on two separate occasions which I have publically addressed with the “executive manager Carinna” and not a THING was done about it! She was just as incompetent as the CSR. Per Kate, the CSR stated that my issues were not pressing/ important as the other callers and advised that someone would call me back. Which never happened. However, the matter is now being addressed with a different agency and I've filed a complaint with the NCUA. Luckily for me I've documented everything and always call from a recorded line so there's no denying my experiences. It's beyond time for this credit union to close. No one should have to experience these issues with any financial institution.

Terrible service. Bank account balance is never reflected accurately, resulting in overdraft fees being charged since sometimes we transfer more money than we actually have in our account. Seriously, why should anyone trust students to run a credit union in the first place?? Just open a PNC account

Terrible customer service. We have been trying for over a month to get a lost debit card replaced. With Covid, there is no other way to access funds. They seem incapable of completing this task. Almost non-existent communication, seemingly no desire to provide customer service and little recourse to correct this situation. Staffed only by unpaid students, there needs to be a better model. For now, use a commercial bank.

Amazing customer service. Can't recommend enough -- so nice being able to stay in touch with my alma mater through these sweet, hard-working students.
