I've been trying to speak to someone who could help me since October. That was three months ago. I reported a transaction I didn't recognize and they told me I'll receive a new credit card in a few weeks. I never received the card and in the meantime I can't access any of the sites/accounts. Everything locked me out and nobody is able to help me gain access.

Good luck getting in touch with this bank, they are open for a few hours each day and rarely answer the phones. If you expect a high level of Customer Service from your bank, you should take your business elsewhere. I also receive a lot of junk mail from the bank trying to sell third party products. They do offer great rates, so I suggest using the bank for loans and savings accounts only, but not for a checking account for everyday use-since they are MIA when you need them.

Literally the worst FCU that exists Never available on the phone - Super slow responses if they ever do Dont return VM If they didnt offer good car loans there would be literally no reason to use this organization other than to have a stress induced migraine

They do not even answer the telephone. You are directed to a recording and you better pray they return your call.

The GSAFCU Team is the best you'll ever find. Though I use other financial institutions, they are the absolute best!!!!
