PLEASE DO BETTER! NEGATIVE STARS REVIEW!! This review has been along time coming to write. Ever since AKUSAFCU was absorbed by Global, my account has been compromised a total of 11 TIMES!!! I never had a problem under AKUSAFCU. Obviously, security breach measures are not taken seriously as I continue to complain to my branch and no one listens, follows up, or any attempt to resolve my repeated complaints. Switching to another financial institution since 1 compromised account is one too many. I challenge executive leadership to contact me on how THEY can do better with my financial information.

Very disasfied with the security system to access my account on my phone. The authentication app gives me a code. I enter the code and it says it's incorrect. No matter how fast I do this. Then it blocks my account after 3 tries. I cannot access my account when I travel. My phone number cannot be used outside Chile, where I live. Would like to verify it's me via email instead.

The wire transfer application was web-based, with very clear instructions and fast processing. I got two phone calls to verify that the transaction was legit, which makes me confident that security is also very much considered. In less than 24 hours the transfer was completed.

I have been greatly impressed with the services the Credit Union offers, but more for the way its employees treat us their customers. I feel comfortably that every time I approach them personally by phone or electronically, I will have a positive attitude and response. Some even go an extra mile to comply with your request within the regulations. They are there to serve you. Congratulations.

It is absolutely impossible to get someone on the phone to dispute a charge. I have called 10 times in the last 24 hours and still have had no service. In the ten years of being a member, the quality has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY.
