Horrible! Rates are low but be damned if you have to actually talk to a person! Signed up for the account easy enough but about 3 weeks go by and I don't receive a debit card. I called them, only to learn one was never ordered for me. So about 4 weeks after I open the account and switched my direct deposit to it, I don't have a card. Then fast forward to the other day. I go in to get a money order only to have the card declined. I get a call from the fraud department and I clear the charges. Tried the card again, declined. So I call the fraud department and I get one of the worst representatives I've ever encountered. She takes over me, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and actually said to me “ are you done now so I can talk” So no resolution and if course the bank is closed so no money order that day. I call the bank the next day and speak to someone only to learn that there is a $1000 daily limit. First time hearing that, and no way to get around it. So if you need a purchase that day of more then $1000 your screwed. So I tried cancelling the account, they want you to write a letter to the bank.... There are plenty of credit unions to use. Please, Please, Please stay away from this one!

I filled out something online for help because I've been with the bank FOR OVER 10 YEARS. To date I have never heard anything from them via phone call or by mail. NOTHING. I hate this bank and the people that work there. Why even offer assistance when you don't respond.
