I've been seeing some negative reviews on here regarding auto loans and I dont quite understand? I got my first auto loan with them in 2018 and I've come back to them twice since then because they've been so wonderful and easy to work with! they're extremely timely with everything and informative! I'll continue to work with them as long as I live in the area! 10/10! I recommend them to everyone i know(:

Due to an upgrade in the computer program for the credit union, "issues" have come up in some customers' accounts. When my husband and I went to the branch today, we were treated very well by our teller and the manager she asked to come and help us get things taken care of. They were very kind and we left completely satisfied.

This bank is a disgusting and shameful place to get an auto loan or any loan in general this bank new the place that I bought my car was selling illegal vehicles and they had a repo person come to my house at 12 o’clock at night and threaten me with the rest if I didn’t give them the keys, I was never late on my payments and they came and stole my vehicle I have tried talking to the chief collection/financial person. She’s a very rude and ignorant person and should not be working in customer service. She will be nice to your face and then do something behind your back that is illegal. I’ve told her she has refused to give me our arbitration and mediation that I requested. This is a shameful place. Do not get a loan from this place at all it’s best to not even use this bank. I am in Civil litigation with them right now for violation and grand theft auto and some other things that I am not allowed to talk about yet I’ve turned them into four different government agencies, and I have also disputed the inaccuracies of their legal practices to the attorney generals office please please don’t use this bank if you value your credit if you value your belongings if you value your reputation do not use this bank period ever . If I could give them zero stars, I would negative stars would be a definite. Don’t give this bank the opportunity to screw you over and steal your stuff. Do not trust the financial department or the loan. A little FYI, they came and stole my vehicle while I was on a payment modification that I was current on, and I told her that I had all the payments and proof of them and statements, but the chief financial lady said she does not care she will not give me back the car Unless I paid her $11,000 funny fact, I’ve had that car for five years and how do I still owe 11 grand on it when I bought it for 11 grand I told her that I feel she’s embezzling money and that I will hold her personally liable for the damages that she’s caused like a coward she said are you threatening me and I said that is how law works. You violated the whistleblower act and you came and stole my vehicle and you knew it was a violation and you caused me damages because you’re not, happy with the way that I told on you to for government agencies.
