This is the only bank I’ve ever dealt with that charges an extra $12 just for the “convenience” of paying online. I don’t even have a branch nearby, so it feels like I’m being penalized for not living close. Every other bank I’ve mentioned this to agrees it’s ridiculous. Honestly, I’m considering refinancing elsewhere because this policy is nothing short of unreasonable.

Was getting error code when attempting to transfer funds from another institution. Called MountainCrest and the representative mentioned I was using Microsoft Edge as my default browser when I actually was in Chrome. Corrected my laptop. And all is good now. Great service.

I came in for a simple transaction this afternoon, and the young woman who is a teller I think sitting on the left was amazing! Quickest transaction at a bank I’ve ever seen, immediately understood my request, and did so with a smile. I appreciate the efficiency of this location!

I have had poor customer service that has affected my credit. I have called to pay my loan but b/c the worker had not charged my card properly per their own policies they had refunded my money and it was hard to contact the woman who I had to speak to b/c I was not allowed to pay for my loan w/out speaking to her first. I have experienced rude employees and who laughed or made smart remarks when I simply told them I would not like to pay online in previous encounters. When paying for multiple months ahead the woman laughed and said “oh, you want me to add up the total for you too?!” I attempted to call them two weeks ago in regards of my loan and they told me they will have the person call me and I have not yet received a phone call. I am a respectful person, I try to treat everyone with kindness. There is no transparency and lack of customer service.
