TERRIBLE customer service. Had a horrendous experience with a teller, but I wanted to give them a chance to address it and move forward. Called and spoke to the "branch manager" who proceeded to gaslight and diminish what had happened. The worst part was, instead of offering one of the solutions I suggested, she tried to change the subject and extract random financial DATA from me instead of answering my questions. Literally answering questions with questions trying to dodge them. Exactly like talking to a robot! Why hire these people when chatgpt could do a better job? She also told me "Well I think ALL of our team members are wonderful to work with." I took precious time out of my day to give PSCC the chance to address this appropriately, but they failed at that, too. All of the branches need a complete management overhaul. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly kind of abusive way to treat people. I fear for their families if they treat them the same way!

We were referred to PSCCU by our HVAC installer. The loan approval process for us with PSCCU was quick and efficient. Not a drawn out process with tons of paperwork. The loan officer we worked with was pleasant and very responsive to any questions we had. Navigating the new loan account is also very easy and we are ready to go!

PSCCU on Vashon is a friendly, customer-centered place. They have shown endless patience with my issues as a person without much experience in financial processes, and they are always courteous. Grateful to have them.

The folks at PSCCU provided the best rate I could find for a Solar Loan and were flexible with the length of the loan. Furthermore, they were wonderful to work with - they were friendly, kind, and courteous, and they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Thank you!

Nowhere in Oregon could I find a lender for my solar project. Thank God for PSCCU with whom I have my energy loan. Because I was able to secure my loan with PSCCU, I was able to take advantage of the OR state and federal energy credits and the cost of my system went from $50K to $21K. WOW!!! Thank you PSCCU. Your bank and staff are awesome! It cut my bills down to 40% (and it's not even Summer, yet)! So happy!
