Everyone has been very helpful at ICU. Especially Shawn and Adam. Adam helped me yesterday and made everything remarkably easy. He is definitely an asset to your company and I hope he will be able to move up into a research type capacity. I find him very proficient. He is also very good with the public. Very amiable and helpful with a smile on his face. Shawn knows his stuff.

So far, I’ve had tremendously wonderful experiences with every agent. Today, Jen stood out, she resolved my issue on the call, not only saving me valuable time but giving hope that even when sudden life happens there are always procedures set in place to help. She showed genuine empathy and truly listened to my concerns. She helped create a solid plan to keep me in good shape but you can definitely hear her dedication to the customer satisfaction and her professionalism. She was everything you would want and need from a representative. Patient, Calm, Knowledgeable, Polite and again Professional. We appreciate you Jen!

Since I left WECU and started using ICU ive had nothing but success. Greated greatly, treated better with ICU then most other banks or credit union's. Flor who recent help assist with a loan was very explanatory with all details and such. Thank you for all your hard work and knowledge!

I have been a member since 1998. I went to them to ask for a loan to pay for a 2 week job orientation in Olympia. I didn't have the right clothes or money to pay for a hotel. They gave me a $2000 loan with a low interest rate just by proving I had been hired. Always helpful, always friendly. Way better than any bank!

I switched to ICU about 20 years ago, from a big name bank I was having issues with. I’ve loved working with ICU all 20 years. Their products and services make sense and I can always talk to a human being in one phone call, unlike other institutions which are becoming more and more automated and AI driven. I hope ICU keeps having human beings answer the phone forever, regardless of the “advancements” others are implementing. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable and personable and we get a lot more done in a phone call than I can hunting around on some website or navigating an automated system that never seems to address my issue. I recently switched my mother’s banking all to ICU as well, for these reason, and would (and do!) recommend them to anyone and everyone.
