I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rachel at Qualstar Credit Union. She went above and beyond with her customer service—professional, friendly, and extremely timely in every interaction. She made sure everything was taken care of efficiently and made me feel like a valued member the entire time. Truly exceptional service!

Alicia Sears of the everett branch was extremely helpful, polite, and thorough! Ive been trying to reconcile some inconsistencies and have corrections made to incorrect reporting of vehicle and credit card payments. She took the time to resolve these issues with grace and smiles! Thank you so much Alicia you rock!

They shut down their businesses department a couple years ago and outsourced many of their duties overseas to an unacceptably slow and incompetent company. they cant do simple tasks themselves so everything takes twice as long. They failed to notify me when they forced place auto insurance i already had. that was 9k added to my vehicle loan and doubled my payment without telling me. then they deducted from my checking account to cover the payment. it took them about 3 weeks to help me. They are not a community business any more.

My husband and I were offered to refinance our car several months ago. He’s had to going in there, taking time off work, multiple times to sign papers that apparently they didn’t do correctly. Then they made us schedule an appointment and we both had to go in there to sign everything a second time. We showed up at the time of the appointment and the guy who had any clue what was going on wasn’t even there, and they had some lady attempting to help us, but she didn’t seem to even have a clue what she was doing or what she was having us sign. After that was said and done I specifically asked if this was finally everything because we can’t continue to miss work to go back anymore, so I wanted it wrapped up this time. She assured us that this was everything and that it should be done in a week. A month later we get something in the mail (now we are literally 2 months in) and they expect us to go back. My husband want back in and wasnt even able to speak to someone who might have a clue, but was made to leave the signed papers with a teller and told for a third time that it would be done in a week. At this point I have zero confidence in their ability to get it completed. It doesn’t seem like anyone knows what’s going on, or if they do, they can’t be bothered to explain to us why we are continuing to have to sign more and more, 2 months after we were originally told it would take a week. We regret doing any of it and wished we had just stuck with the original bank who we signed the loan with 1 time and they actually got it done. Super frustrating and disappointing.
