Customer service is lacking. Takes forever to get proper help about basic matters. Website is not user friendly. If you don't value your time go to Kitsap Credit Union.

Kitsap Credit Union in Bremerton, by the ferry (155 Washington) is the business home for Kelsie. She spent quality time on my account concerns, was very careful to explain what’s, why’s, and how’s - wrote out instructions for me. WROTE OUT HELP. Oh my goodness. Thank you Kelsie. I truly felt heard. That’s pretty special these days. 🫶
