The absolute worst credit union to do business with. Only ONE location they MAKE you come to for small things. EXTREMELY Low-tech, rude employees, with HORRIBLE service. They’ll add on payments to your loan predatorily. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM even if it is the lowest rate! Terrible credit union

I have been banking here for over 35 years. They have helped me out through all my good times and bad times. They never hesitate to spend the extra time it takes to solve a problem or even just make life easier for me, and I know I have been difficult before. thank you Milltown Credit Union

So pleased and happy to be a customer of this credit union! Me and my husband consistently receive high quality or I should say above average customer service. The tellers are so friendly and treat you like family. They go above and beyond service and my expectations.

For most of the 3 years I had an auto loan with Mill Town they were great. However when I decided to upgrade my vehicle things went south. I called Mill Town as we’re were test driving a vehicle to find out the pay off amount of our current loan. Spoke to a really nice lady and was told the amount and our daily interest rate. Excellent! Or so I thought. Called again after we purchased the vehicle to find out if the loan was closed yet. It hadn’t, understandable it had been 2 days since we purchased the car. I asked to confirm the payoff amount and was told a different and much higher amount than what I had been told 3 days ago. The teller was nice and assured me the dealer would call and confirm the payoff and it would all be handled. The following Monday I get a call from the dealership that Mill Town is now telling them the check they sent was $150 short! Absolutely unacceptable!

Worked with Fiona, to set up auto pay on my new car. She did a fantastic job. Very attentive, helpful and even checked in with me to help me with the process. Thanks for going above and beyond.
