Could not be HAPPIER with the service provided here at the CU! We came from another CU, and the process to transition all accounts was seamless, painless and actually an enjoyable experience for my partner and I. The customer service is top notch, with quick replies from both member service and loan officers. I highly recommend this CU as one of the best in the area.

I have had a very good experience so far with this credit union. My other credit union is great too but they are based in California and I currently live in Washington. Customer Service is top notch. Viewing statements and your bank activity etc. online is not nearly as good as other banks, unfortunately. And I wish there was a phone App but maybe in the future.

I have been banking with Nordstrom Federal Credit Union for over almost 20 years . I opened their store in Atlanta,Ga in 1998 and have banked with ever since. They have been incredible, both in customer service and my ability to have full aceeaccess to them, even though they are on the west coast and I am east coast. I will bank nowhere else...

Worst banking system I've ever used! Rarely can get ahold of a banker, dated systems, phone system SUCKS period. For a company that thrives on customer service and does it so well in their stores the banking portion is not a good reflection of that service.
