I cannot recommend Renea at NorthWest Plus Credit Union highly enough. While the beginning of our transaction was a bit rocky, Renea’s professionalism and patience quickly helped us find steady ground. She went above and beyond to guide me through the process, ensuring I understood every detail and felt completely confident in our decisions. What stood out most was her kindness and the way she made me feel comfortable after the first 20–30 minutes. Her expertise turned a stressful start into a seamless experience. I live an hour and 45 minutes away, but after the level of service Renee provided, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She is well worth the drive!

My experience with Northwest Plus Credit Union was positive overall, especially thanks to Renae. Although the process began a bit rocky, she was extremely helpful in guiding me through my auto loan. She took the time to thoroughly explain all fees, interest rates, and loan details, which made me feel much more confident in my decision. Her professionalism, patience, and clear communication made a big difference. I appreciate her dedication to helping me understand everything and ensuring a smoother experience.

Loved this bank for years! Recently my daughter passed away and I had paid some subscriptions for her. I didn't know how to turn off and I got charged numerous overdraft fees. I called too get assistance and apparently my complaints were called threats. They closed my accounts out right away and refused to speak with me. Just the big greed of banks. They don’t care about you just want money.

Awful place to get a loan no way to manage account without paying hidden fees. High rates. And they lie to you when they say they are giving you the best refinance rate it’s not honest. Been with them from the start they have lower rates but will say you are not eligible which is a lie! Worst place to have a loan ever avoid at all costs!!!!

Withheld information about my refinance, violated TILA. Company gives no way to manage your own loans or accounts or make principle payments. Would give less than a star but it seems most clients feel the same way! Warn your friends about this place
