I had never met Nikki prior to today. I need a large cash withdrawal and the system stalled and she was unable to get it in short order. So we had to wait for the system to correct itself and for her to get approval and that took quite a bit of time, which was no fault of hers. But in the meantime, she made my stay enjoyable and entertaining, and it was just a natural with making a customer feel ease. You have to stand there at their window, and if there was no conversation going, it would just simply seem Awkward. But she was such a delight. I look forward to going back and having a few more laughs. However, with one caveat. Somehow we got into the conversation that I’m a little over the top for root beer barrel hard candies. And she told me a good place to find them because I have unable to. And when I went there, low-cost pharmacy in fircrest, the lady told me that they no longer had hard candies or root beer barrels. Now I hope you is tongue in cheek, and Nikki gets a total five star from me.

Penny is always personable, and outgoing. She is “customer service” at its finest. Even if she is having a so so day you would never know it cause she is always happy and looks out for you as the customer. When ever I see her or have to do business with her at Tapco “she makes my day” 👍🏽
