Came out and was rude to me because I parked in their parking lot for 20 minutes while I was in a house next door. Maybe you guys should put some signs up if your parking lot “isn’t for the general public to park here”.

We have been with Newrizions for close to ten years now and they have done amazing work with us. Taking our credit score from the low 400s to high enough that we were able to buy a home and even start a business. They have done our taxes and provided financial counseling. They have even helped me navigate the waters of closing my grandmother's estate when she passed recently. The services they provide are indispensable and we wouldn't think of banking anywhere else. If your looking for a financial institution that cares and sees you as a person and not just a number this is the place to go.

We would not be in business without the help of Newrizons. They are more than just a credit union. They have been there throughout the start up process and continuing daily needs of our business. We are treated like family and have the utmost confidence in their staff and management. From the CEO to every employee we have had nothing but top notch service. We consider it a blessing to be a part of the Newrizons family

Best credit union ever! I’ve been banking here for years, the support is top notch, professional, and personable. Even with living in Seattle I will always be a loyal Newrizons banker, their updated mobile app and remote check deposits as well as fast response to email / calls make it very convienent and pleasant.

Update, the recovery company previously mentioned in this review has addressed our issue and made a full and satisfying resolution to all complaints with their company! This Credit Union has questionable practices at best. Our recent encounter with them found them to be in violation of several Dept of Lisencing laws. I have now confirmed with DOL that this institution had to have forged paperwork to have the vehicle title listed with them as lienholders, because the registered owner must sign for any changes to the title and this change was done on June 11,2019 , without the signature of the registered owner. They claim to have sent numerous letters, emails and to have made "to many calls to count", however phone company records show a total of 3 calls in 2019 and NO EMAILS. So at best, this credit Union is incompetent being compare, at worst they are criminals utilizing leg breaking collection practices.
