I've been a member since the mid 80's. I've always loved O Bee and have referred many friends and family over the years. Unfortunately, the last few years have seen a decline in service. Google maps and their website said the Lacey branch isn't open on Saturday, but while I was typing this review at 9:55, I found out that the drive through did open at 10. This is one of those sloppy errors they keep making. They keep making mistakes with handing accounts and transactions. They use an out of state call center service that I've been constantly getting when I call during local business hours. What's going on here? This is supposed to be a local, member focused credit union. I need to get serious about looking for other options.

Not the branch you want for banking if you use the drive through with a truck. Almost any banking I do is through the drive in but the architectural disaster they've put in place here is definitely a deterrent for any safe driver that wants to keep their vehicle intact. Perhaps this branch is colluding with their neighbor insurance companies. I can't imagine why this design was ever signed off on, just my two cents.

I like you guys but you really need to deal with the drive thru situation It is impossible for members who drive trucks to go thru it without expensive damages to our vehicles at bare minimum you need to put up signage advising that the drive thru is only for compact cars

My account with OBEE, the information was initially set up wrong by an employee.. which can happen.. however I went out of my way to go in person to this branch, fill out documents for auto pay, double check payment due dates, update any incorrect info etc to ensure EVERYTHING was go to go. Had to request my welcome letter THREE times. Was told the next payment date, therefore correlated the auto pay date to that.. then get a random email months later saying I’m late / over due for a payment.. yet the teller IN PERSON at this branch stated I was actually a month ahead.. Spoke to three customer resolution employees all on the phone, all had attitudes. All they said was well we can waive the late fee.. Not sure how you all have such great reviews, probably the worst bank I’ve ever had to use.
