I've been a member of this credit union for close to 30 years, but I'm now going to close my account. I recently went on a trip out of the country and before leaving spoke with a credit union employee to make sure that my debit card would be functional. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with her, and after entering my information twice, she assured me that the card would work. When I tried using it it was declined. And now that I'm back, the card is still declined. It took 2 phone calls with the credit union to unblock my card. No one from the credit union contacted me about this. Horrible customer service. I'm switching to WSECU which has provided great service to my wife. I encourage everyone to move there money out to a more competent credit union.

Amazing customer service. Clean facility. Every time I visit the staff is welcoming, and happy to be working there. The phone call support is top tier as well, Cindy was a great help.

This place doesn't talk to clients, you might get a call back I'd say maybe 60% of the time. But you will NEVER get an employee on the phone. I can't wait to refinance my car.

One of the most unprofessional and incompetent team of bankers I've ever met. Went to the Lakewood branch to transfer the title for the truck I was selling. After 45 min of hemming and hawing about which branch we actually needed to go to we were told we had to book it across town to a different location because "we don't do titles at this branch". After a mad dash we made it with 5 minutes to spare. We signed all the necessary paperwork and closed out all the accounts, including the auto-pay. Fastforward a month and surprise surprise we get billed for the full truck payment. When we call to sort it out the person on the phone was rude and dismissive. After some back and forth they said I didn't sign the correct paperwork and that we'll have to sign the cancellation of the auto pay. I was sure we had done this before so I said as much. After a minute on hold I was told that yep, we had done everything correct on our end and that they had made a mistake. Thing is they opened a new savings account or didn't close the first one so we will see if we get the money and don't have any more problems from surprise banking. Long story short: Never bank here if you can help it.
