I did not like the way my credit card dispute was handled and why it was closed. I Could go into detail but would be a long drawn out process. I did not like the response from STCU either from the Manager of why my dispute was closed. I know Manager of credit card services knows I was right but did not want to admit it or answer my response a second time. I had to contact business of said dispute and get refunded myself. This does not warrant 5 stars or a good review for credit card services. I have a right to warn others if they have a stcu credit card and want to dispute a charge don't let stcu double talk you. Be better to go to business your disputing charge than deal with stcu.

I come here to drop off deposits for the business I work for. No matter who helps you, they are always friendly, prompt, and professional.

Stcu charged me $1200 in fees after having my account open with them for 8 months. When I went in to ask about hopefully getting a portion of these charges reversed and asking about why these charges were happening the lady that helped me was very rude and passive aggressive asking “have you really not checked your bank account in 8 months” and “you have things coming out of your savings account that really should be coming out of your checking” in a derogatory tone. They ended up reversing one month worth of the charges which was about 1/12 of them. I understand fees being charged at banks but their fees are outrageous and their customer service was even worse. I’ve banked with 3 different banks in my life and have never experienced this. Also their ATMs never work for depositing cash. They overall treated me like I was incompetent. I would never recommend anyone bank here.

Waited 25 minutes to get a debt card printed, they never managed to do it and I had to go back to work

STCU use to be so good at treating you like you mattered. I’ve had two issues in the last months and both times, who ever is their online customer help has been very rude. They won’t help even if it’s not their problem. They use to help get to the bottom instead now they just say, “ it’s not our problem it’s up to you to solve it yourself we cannot be of any more help.” That never would have been their answer. Gosh I hate to see a credit union I’ve been a member of for many years go down hill in customer service.
