Kim was very professional and my experience with her was the best I've had. I felt like she really cared about my situation. She listened and I felt like I knew she would do everything that she could to get me the help I needed. She even pointed out the unbelievable rates I was paying in interest and wanted to help me get my car refinanced. Kim's communication and patience was beyond great. Kim always got back to me. Worked with Kim, all business conducted via phone and by appointment. Kim was so kind and patient, and went the extra mile for me on my questions. I asked about auto loans for private sellers, and about my credit that had taken a hit after divorce--she still found a way to turn it into an approval for funds to purchase the vehicle (via a personal loan) and also set me up with a Fibre Visa. Completely outside of anything I expected and it is such a huge help for me after 2 years of things NOT going my way. Thank you Kim! I'm so glad that a survey was sent to me to share how great your service truly was. A huge weight has been lifted.
