I came in along with someone on 02/13/2026. We were turned away as she yelled “feliz día de los infieles” translated to “happy día of the unfaithful” at a man who was just minding his business at another til and it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were able to catch her name and it was Kat or Katherine something like that. I hope something is done about her customer service and professionalism.

I just moved to this little town and know nothing about it, but I find it so amazing when you find a credit union that is so involved in helping their community. I came here because you were recommended to me through a resident of mine. You helped a family in need when no one else would. Heck yeah I want to bank with you and now I do :) Isabelle, thank you so much for your very quick and friendly help with this process. I 10/10 recommend this place to everyone in the area.

Years ago, I had a great banking relationship with a small town bank, and loved it. For the most part, that type of service is almost non-existent today. Interestingly enough, it's exactly what Mint Valley Credit Union is committed to. You'll love their friendly and neighborly environment, and the special care they show to their clients. Ask anyone who banks there! I highly recommend them!
