Terrible 10 out of 10 do not recommend for loans. Started with twin star just as bad. The app is a pain to navigate. Customer service was terrible. Finally set up my auto only for them to pull 10 days before the date I set up. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.

My elderly mother has had an account with twinstar since 2008. After I moved her to Florida she kept her account. She sold her car to a kia dealership and they overnighted a bank check to her. When we tried to figure out where to deposit it, the person who answered informed us that twinstar doesn't do shared banking any longer and we would either have to mail the check or use an atm from a list she gave us. She told us to use the atm & then call on Wednesday (1 wk) and ask for the hold to be lifted. Today (Thursday 1 wk+1 day) John gave excuses why it couldn't be lifted until next Tuesday. We could have mailed the check and it would have worked out better. Why oh why did you get rid of shared banking? In this age of instant information it doesn't make sense.

This has been my credit union since 1984. Always treated with respect and have had several loans through them. Excellent service!

PEAK RUINED NWCC. Horrible experience here. Leaving after years with this CU. Horrible app that doesn't work. Too ignorant to fix the app. More fees. Less customer service. Longer lines. Did I mention the app is JUNK. Stay far away from this place,

The staff at twinstar are wonderful but their credit line is a joke. Forget getting a loan or applying for a credit card here, youd have much luck paying off check advances at some check cash place. The APR% is criminal. I can't wait to cancel my credit card and be done with twinstar. Feels like I'll never pay off my debt here and it's not even that much. If you have 2200 on a credit card and pay 100 bucks a month and your minimum is 35, it will take you more than 4 years to pay all that off. Capitalism is the enemy. Tax the mega rich!
