I wish we could give them 0 stars. My finance has been a member for many of years, the last 3 years it has been a rapid decline. Customer service, accuracy, all of it has gone down hill. The last 3 interactions, specifically, we’ve had have prompted us to move our accounts elsewhere and take higher interest rates! We would rather pay more than get talked down to disrespectfully, hung up on, and rushed off the phone anytime we called for banking needs. I rest well at night knowing the trajectory for businesses that operate as this one does, it’s unfortunate they allow the faces of their company to conduct themselves in such a horrible manner!

Not open on weekends, and dont expect them to answer your calls. If you leave a message to inquire about anything they'll probably get back to you the next day.

From 1 star to 5. Very easy and simple. Glad they got a new reps in their place. After my first experience a year ago I swore I'd never go back that was terrible and confusing, rude!! (with one person let me be clear the staff was sweet). Ended up with an account I didn't sign for and 4 weeks of confusion. When mentioning this to close friends was told about new a new loan rep. And how everything was great. They spoke so well about how their expience was in the last 2 months.... I gave it a go. The process was so fast this time, no rude comments, everyone happy the big boss even came and introduced herself to see how everything was going "cindy". I drove home my new car today. With confidence. Thank you Jessica!!!

Strait View is a joke… Horrible customer service. Everytime i make a payment i ask for a receipt never receive one . If you have a phone payment, good luck that’s going to be a call back 3 days later making your payment late. I’ve never been someone to leave a review but, it’s ridiculous. I pay my loan off that I’ve been planning for a couple months to buy a house. I receive my pay off and I pay it off. I’m then told they will not mail my title so I drive 5 and a half hours to grab it. Than I receive a call saying someone messed up and applied the wrong payment to my account. Thus saying I owe them $300!? It’s bullshit, can’t even tell me what day it was applied, I closed my account so I can’t look back at my records and guess what they never send me statements so I can’t check! Place is horrible, I would never trust my money or credit with these people.
