If this review is helpful, please make sure you give it a like ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ. I've had an account with them for about seven years. I didn't realize when I got the account that they were one of the smaller credit unions. I usually do prefer credit unions over banks. But this credit union is just too slow and quite honestly, not that flexible. I do not get paid on a friday. My payday fluctuates, because they always land on the fifth or the twentieth. So if one of those days falls on a sunday or a saturday, you're not gonna get your money until monday with this credit union. I don't enjoy waiting for my money and if anything, because I've been with you so long. You know, my money is gonna be deposited. So you should just let the pending statement go through early, like most big banks do. That is definitely not the case here. I ended up having to just keep this as a secondary bank. I make my deposit small here. Because the wait is ridiculous. Also, they impose much stricter requirements for loans and other things than other credit unions, making it not a good fit. All the way around !!! The reply to this review is utterly ridiculous !! I could understood if my payment from one of my jobs was the only one hitting my bank account late . I have three jobs and all of them are hitting late. This is Easter, Sunday, and I got paid today. I never received the deposit in my bank account until the next day. Hopefully, as I'm writing this on easter Sunday. MY OTHER TWO BANKS POSTED MY CHECK. TWO DAYS EARLY TO COMPENSATE FOR EASTER !!! this has made me change my review to1 star . Don't blame the customer for your inadequacies as a financial institution !!!

Donna was amazing to work with. She preapproved an auto loan quickly. We found the perfect vehicle on a Saturday, she saw us first thing Monday and had a check in hand within 30 minutes. (Unlike the dealership, which took 90 minutes just to get us into finance.) The rates were the best and we highly recommend Donna and AAGCU for a loan.

Iโve used AAGCU for all of our car loans. It is an easy, seamless process with the best rates around. My loan officer is Mary Chica, she has been amazing for years. We only talk about about every year or so but every time we talk she remembers details about me and my family. It feels like talking to a friend instead of a loan officer. She is amazing. Do not have enough good things to say about AAGCU and Mary!

I just financed my second car thru AAGCU and it has been another seamless experience. The associate who assisted me in setting things up was Mary Chica. She was professional and knowledgeable about my options. But beyond that, she was patient and kind, answering my endless questions and explaining how things work. It was like having a conversation with a friend or family member instead of with a lending institution. And that is something I really appreciate! I look forward to working with Mary and the other good people at AAGCU again. And Iโd highly recommend them as the clear standout in every way among their competition.

Everything went smoothly from signing up to becoming a member with AAG Credit Union to applying for a signature loan. Mary Chica, the loan officer who worked with me from the start of my loan application, made it easy for me to stick with the loan process. Thank you so much, Mary and all of AAG Credit Union!
