Yolanda was so nice and patient. There was a small hiccup in my account, she was fixing it while my supervisor called at the same time. That was impolite of me having to speak on the phone while sitting at her desk, but she was totally gracious and understanding. Great customer service.

After being a customer for over a decade, they closed my account unilaterally even though I was still logging in/ using it regularly. Really disappointing and frustrating. When you contact them, all you get are bots. Take your business elsewhere. Update: They replied to this message asking me to call their office, which i did. They said they would email and call me back with a response and they did not. Stay away y’all. I’m still waiting for the money they took when they closed my account for no reason.

Dismayed and disheartened at the massive decline in quality of service and consistency of knowledge among staff at Verity. I worked at multiple locations over 5 years. I helped a TON of people. I also fielded a number of criticisms from members who struggled with Verity's policies and service, and at that time, I was encouraged because the credit union took time to meaningfully respond to negative feedback. They coached and trained to improve. As of today, I'm shopping for a new CU based on a run of poor service experiences over the last two years. Whether it was simple or significant, I've been let down time and again by Verity's lack of follow-through. They have not been able to complete these requests on a first-visit, or without complications: - Add a joint to my accounts - Link online banking accounts - Deposit a check that mobile deposit claimed was not deposited, only to find a duplicate deposit fee after visiting the branch to deposit in person - Help me charge back fees from a corporation charging me fraudulently for wellness plans for my two pets that have been dead for nearly a year Maybe worst of all, speaking to Verity's managers has made no difference when they've responded to my constructive feedback. Instead of offering support or committing to improvements, they let me say my piece, and nothing changes. There's no fight left in this CU, and seemingly no passion to make things better. My confidence in Verity is gone, and they have no one to blame but themselves for failing to uphold the standards that once existed there. ----- EDIT: Verity responded to this review asking me to reach out for further discussion. That was a WEEK ago, and no one has contacted me since. Perhaps they'd like to comment on whether this is due to a lack of ability to meaningfully respond, or a lack of concern.

I had a great experience at Verity Credit Union. The branch had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My interaction with Tray, the branch manager, stood out—he was knowledgeable, listened carefully, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend Verity Credit Union for anyone seeking excellent service in a friendly environment.

I went there to cash my check and put half in my account when I was there I locked my keys and phone in my car I wanted to call my dad to bring the spare but the guy wouldn't let me use the phone I have a 20k loan I made every payment and cash my checks there and they refused to help I even asked again and he was like there's no phones I was like there's phones on every desk are u serious? Finally some guy from the desk stood up and walked over and called my dad for me and left a voicemail. But what horrible customer service I wish I banked somewhere else after this I'm thinking about pulling out all my money and switching after this
