Hi my name is Misty Stacy and I absolutely love love love love love my bank. they treat you like your family like you're part of the team and are honest, generous, very extremely helpful. they always make it a goal to get to know their customers that are coming in and out and know what their going to ask or you know anything. but you are their number one priority on the top of the list. I haven't ever had any bad experiences with this Bank. I've had it off and on for many many years for the last few decades. I would say my first bank account through this Bank was when I was 7 years old and I'm 43 years old now and I can tell you this right off is throughout the years of me and my parents being a member through this Bank. it's just an all positive environment. it's a respectful environment in the people that work there, including the people that come in and out that remembers of this Bank. you don't hear any crispers or profanity. I know you don't see anybody being mad or frustrated or having the outburst of any negativity. they are always on their feet. they act like they're professionals at their jobs. if they do end up getting a hiccup if something that they don't understand they go and they just briefly ask their manager and then they come back in. like you know professionals do and then they just explain to you about the hiccup that happens in your account or whatever it's going on. but yeah I for one I will always be recommending OCCU to friends and family and people that I just meet because they also put percentages into your account as well. if you've been through them for a while, they will work with you on anything. if let's say you don't have the credit to buy a new vehicle or to buy a new home or to get a loan, they will sit down with you in a completely separate office away from all other members and it is just you And the associate through the bank so I give this Bank more than just a five star. I give it a 10-star A+ plus 100%. I love this Bank and I won't ever go to another bank or through another bank because they don't meet all my needs like this bank does

I have been with OCCU a long time, but strongly considering opening another bank account with a branch that doesn't hold onto payroll deposits on days they're closed.

The crappiest customer service of any credit union I've ever dealt with. I'm so glad I moved my auto loan to a different bank years ago. Awful people. Just awful. Don't do business with these clowns if you can avoid it. Tried forcing me to drive 60 miles round trip to get a check for 36 dollars for an overage on a closed dormant account from years ago. Letting them know that the loan was for one of three vehicles I've owned for last five years was not good enough despite that I answered all other security questions and had their stupid letter in my hand. Power tripping nobodies.

The workers are lovely, no complaints. Just with the system. I have to call in advance and wait for an operator to deem it acceptable for me to pull out more than $500. I said it was for shopping n got "Just call us on the day that shopping spree is and I'll give you a 24 hour window to take it out." It's my money. I believe it should be up to the customer who chose to go through you guys to choose the amount. Or at the very least more than 500. I hate key bank but I will transfering

Ive been with tthe credit union for decades and they are a l ways si helpful. I can call them and they walk me through whatever issue I'm having at the time. I've been having some problems that make doing things on line a challenge but they just help and don't make me feel like I'm bothering them. If you need banking services I highly recommend OCCU
