Omg! Best Bank experience ever! I don't want to name anyone here, but people working at this bank, you want to take them with you every where you go as your bank representative. Speaking the lady I work with name starts with A. Amazing! Your customer Representative skills should be used as the best example to a lot of customers representative. Thank you!!!

Erika is an absolutely amazing person! Every-time I come here I’m always greeted with smiles by everyone in the office. They always help me with whatever I am in need of help with in a short period of time. They truly deserve the world and this is easily one of the best banks I’ve ever worked with!! Especially with how often I lose my card haha. And the $29 overdraft fee is truly not bad compared to other banks in the area, the CDA bank charges a $200 overdraft fee which is absolutely insane! Never looking back and won’t swap credit unions for any other one ❤️ love this place and all their employees way too much

My family and I moved to Spokane 3 years ago and I opened an account with Horizon. I never expected the first rate service that I have received in every interaction. They have answered all my questions and provided valuable tips and support when it comes to my financial health. I have worked with Jennifer and Erika and I trust and value their guidance with all my financial endeavors.

We had an estate account at Bank of America. We needed checks right away. They said they would be here in two weeks and they couldn’t give us counter checks . Three weeks later still no checks, they had forgotten to order them. Closed the account and went to see Erika at hzcu Mirabeau. She had us all set up in no time. She was (and always is) wonderful. Everyone in that office treats us like a friend. Loved it!

ATM is always breaking down AND NOT just this location!! Highly recommend NOT becoming a member with this bank. The last time my card and transactions were stuck, the bank help line told me how to "hack" the machine to get my card back. WOW, REALLY!!! This is what your help line provides!!! The only positive point with this "organization" is the wonderful staff who work at the branch who helped me properly, and LEGALLY, the next day. Thank you to Erica who is my saving grace and the ONLY reason we continue to be members.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
