Sierra was so helpful with our loan, when we had reached out to another branch who was unwilling to help us we called and spoke to Sierra who was able to process our paperwork and help us out. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and we appreciate it so much!!

Can't find a better bank to use. I have nothing but positive things to say about PrimeSource CU. The ladies always have a smile on their faces and are always able to help me with my banking needs they even remind me when my loans are due which no other bank has ever done that. I will be using PrimeSource Credit Union for many years to come. Thank you for all you guys do. 😁😁😁😁

I have banked there for OVER 30 years, with never a single NSF, etc. Making a simple deposit anymore is impossible. Why does my deposit need approval?? I am not taking any funds out. Put a hold on it if you need to make sure the check clears, but approval? Will be closing my account soon. They make you feel like you're performing fraud, and the length of time of being a customer means nothing.

I constantly have a problem with this bank never answering my calls or returning my voicemails. I don’t live no where close to Spokane and how can I pay my car payments if they never answer. I’ve called a whole week straight and no luck, and eventually I get a letter in the mail saying my payment is late. Ridiculous. They’re also horrible at sending me my receipt through email, I have to call them back multiple times to send me my receipt. They need better customer service that’s for sure.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
