I’ve been going to Spokane City Credit Union since I was a young girl. My whole family banked here forever if that tells you anything!:) Everyone who works here feels like family as most of them have been here forever, so in my mind, they must be doing something right to have little to no turnover and get to see the same smiling faces when I stop by. Their online banking is great! They take good care of their customers and I couldn’t say enough good things about this establishment! Great rates too!:) I would recommend then any day over a large banking institution! Credit unions is where it’s at!

Didnt realize when you get cash from there atm they wont break it down to ones for you unless your a member. crazy ... like the bank cant tell if the cash (from their ATM) is real or not. but i do recall not choosing this bank because of the negative reviews. now i get it. policy or not its the lack of any genuine customer service.

Teeny and best credit union with the lowest loan rates. I have gotten 2 loans here in the last 2 years. They finance motorcycles. Yay. I am a fan of the "i own it" aspect of non profit credit unions. The building is pretty cool and it is in an old and pretty funky fun Spokane neighborhood. I like the vibe. I love the nice people. But most of all because I'm a cheapskate, I like the rates. Note: to join a credit union i needed a credit score at 650 or better and no unpaid collections, because it is an actual membership not just an account like at a for profit bank. 650 is hardly perfect credit, over 800 is. I like to be part of something that i own and that saves me money

Best credit union/bank in Spokane! Hands down!!! They have saved me a ton of money on my loans, and they make financing or refinancing anything a breeze! The staff is awesome! I will never bank anywhere else!

This is a solid, small town financial institution. The tellers will greet you by name once they get to know you. They aren’t fancy, big or complicated. Mobile banking is clunky but functional. They tend to be conservative when it comes to underwriting loans. They only have one location and two ATMs I think. Overall, if you want a big box bank experience and the gadgets and flashy tools that go along, this isn’t the place. If you, like me, want a simple, straightforward banking relationship for the long term, I can’t think of a better place in Spokane.
