Worst customer service ever. I tried to use the drive up atm but there was a homeless man sleeping in the middle of the driveway when I called to ask for a help finding an atm that didn't require me to get out the car because it was dark the rep was rude and dismissive

I am a new account holder with them and my experience has been very positive. This branch is small but I kind of like that. My normal branch is the Lakewood location. Both are excellent in their own way. I recommend this credit union.

I was being double-charged for two of my auto loans — Yasmine was AMAZING help getting everything figured out and helping me take the next right steps. She even followed up with me as she completed each step of the way to let me know what was happening. 5 stars for Yasmine! 10 STARS for Yasmine! But less stars for Harborstone because apparently they don’t have some kind of system already in place to make sure this didn’t happen to begin with. THANK YOU, YASMINE! 🙌🏻🥳

Love, love, love their customer service! Bothell branch is the best. If there is ever an issue, agents go out of their way to fix issues and work to make things right. Their products and loan rates are amazing! The only thing is the international transaction fees are not waived and that's a bummer for this traveler. Overall I love this Credit Union!
