I usually have quick efficient transactions at drive thru this branch. Yesterday one person took my transaction, then about 10 minutes later another person came out after I pushed call bell. Thought maybe forgot about me. She had my transaction. Did not ask for ID for withdrawal or my code. Maybe just a 1 time glitch. Thanks for usually good service.

The tellers on 6th Ave are always great and the horrible woman who abused the always nice teller today should be terminated as a member and never allowed to enter the building again. Inexcusable!

I attempted to resolve a vehicle issue with TAPCO Credit Union professionally by offering a voluntary surrender due to a mechanical failure (transmission). My offer was denied, despite clear communication both by phone and in writing. I was met with dismissive responses and an unprofessional tone from a representative named Terisa Johnson ( She can fall under any location) including emails with excessive capitalization, exclamation marks, and a hostile tone that escalated the situation unnecessarily. Despite my efforts to cooperate and document the vehicle’s condition and location, TAPCO refused to retrieve the vehicle and continued communicating in an aggressive manner. I’ve since ended all contact. If you’re seeking a credit union that offers empathy, professionalism, and solutions-based support, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been a Tapco member for over 10 years for a reason, they are the best! Today I had to go in to the 6th Ave location for an especially stressful situation and Jordan Anderson took all my worries away. Within 30 minutes my issue was resolved. Jordan was calm, knowledgeable and speedy! With their help I left feeling so much better. Thank you Jordan!!!
