I’m disappointed with my experience at BECU. Yesterday I was quoted an interest rate of 5.37% by one agent, but today when I visited the Tukwila branch, another agent told me the rate is 5.39%. Even though the difference may seem small, inconsistent information from different agents is frustrating and confusing. I expected clearer and more transparent communication. This experience has definitely affected my trust.

Subject: Exceptional Service from (Leland Snow) – Lending Department Dear Lending Department Supervisor, I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your team members, Leland Snow, for the exceptional service he provided while assisting me with a loan through BECU. Working with Leland was truly a great experience. He handled everything with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Over the phone, he walked me through the entire process clearly and accurately, and within just a matter of minutes he was able to get everything set up correctly. Because of his efficiency and knowledge, I didn’t even need to come into a branch, which saved me time, travel, and gas. What stood out most was how kind, patient, and easy he was to work with. He made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and smooth. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines strong technical knowledge with such genuine customer care. Employees like Leland represent BECU extremely well. In my opinion, he is an incredible asset to your organization and absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding work he is doing. I sincerely believe he should be considered for advancement or promotion as he clearly demonstrates leadership-level service and professionalism. Please pass along my thanks to him. This is my honest opinion after almost 6 years exclusively with BECU. Honestly, I can’t say enough great things about BECU. They truly go above and beyond for their members. Customer service is a major deciding factor in whether I choose to stay with any institution or continue giving a business my money, and BECU consistently exceeds that standard. Every interaction I’ve had with Member Services has been met with a pleasant, professional attitude, and I’ve never had a negative customer service experience. They’ve always been extremely understanding and empathetic toward my financial situations, including when I’ve needed to defer car loan or credit card payments. They’re always willing to work with me, which is something I genuinely value.

Ive been with BECU for 20 years and they have turned into a trash bank over the last few years. Every time I need to do something requiring banking BECU auto rejects where other banks approve without issue. I wouldn't waste your time if you are a small business owner.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jennifer Carriveau. She just helped me save hundreds of dollars and truly changed my financial path.
