Not a very good bank or credit union :p Friendly if opinionated and wrong-headed people I guess but idk not very accommodating to like idk normal banking needs. Very fast and loose with identity account info and stuff had my info leaked like right away. Overall meh

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Will be closing my account of 12 years. I take in a CASHIERS CHECK and they want to put a 7 day hold on it. A cashiers check is verified funds. Theres a reason a cashiers check is prefered over a personal check, unless youre at EDCU. Wouldn't even call the bank that issued the check. Garbage.

Worse bank ever. I wish I would of closed my account a long time ago, as they have always had the worst customer service ever, especially when filing claims. They have like 5 people that run 2 banks so no one can ever help you. When you have a claim you literally have to beg someoene to talk to you just to file it and then they won't honor you as their long time customer they will still treat you as if you are under investigation.

Took 3 weeks for new debit card due to fraud. Wanted to charge me $50 to rush card. Called to talk about it and all I get is what they want to say and no sorry for inconvenience or anything. Not my fault it was fraud. You are supposed to protect your members and if fraud happens to go through, take care of the member and not argue with someone that had their personal banking info stolen. Awful member service.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
