Absolutely horrible , I normally don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews but this credit union has me pretty fired up. My wife Called last month to make a car loan payment , received a confirmation code for payment, and then received a letter yesterday saying they have not received a payment from us ... Custom support is horrible , getting a hold of an actual person is extremely hard to do and when you do finally get though to someone , their options of helping you is extremely limited. My wife spoke with someone today and even with a confirmation code saying we made a payment, they still wouldn't remove the late fee on the payment that we now have to resubmit. We also tried linking our account to make online payments, since doing it over the phone is extremely difficult with the robot. However their online systems would not link our account, and gave no reason or help with why. They did not let us know that they hadn't accepted our payment until we received a letter in the mail. Upon speaking with an actual person today they would not link our account over the phone and told my wife to do it again online. This company is very difficult to get in contact with, their online chat frequently does not work and when you do manage to speak with a person they are dismissive, rude and not helpful at all. My suggestion is to avoid this Credit Union for auto loans and go with a larger Credit Union like Navy Federal or BECU. We should have done that from the very start so we wouldn't be dealing with this headache of a company. Edit - 1/23/16 - After this whole ordeal , my Wife called back after making the payment AGAIN and asked to speak with a manager. The representative said the manager was busy and could not take the call. She then set up a specific time and date to speak with the manager expecting the manager to call in the future... No surprise to me when they never reached out or called her when they said they would. It's pretty damn pathetic when you get a faster response from a Google review then someone that is designated to speak with people over the phone let alone a manager that won't call you back ... And to whom ever replied to my review , you said "Reach out to us directly" ... We tried to , several times and have been met with nothing but disappointment and lies the few times we have actually been able to speak with someone. So ... As far as this goes , ZERO. ZERO. ZERO. ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS ... People beware of this CU , find a different lender. Customer Service is a joke , management is a joke , and when they say they will call you back in a specific date, they don't ...

It's not like I've ever had a *bad* experience with Columbia CU, but I want to highlight the tellers at this location as especially kind and competent, helping me sort out some changes to my accounts, updating my personal information, and helping me navigate app glitches - which were very nominal hiccups, nothing worth complaining over! Especially since it's always gotten sorted out in less time than it took me to actually commute to the physical location.

At any CCU that I've visited, everyone has been very friendly, polite, upbeat, cheery, and helpful. I think that this creates an energy that is always a good space to be in.

Not sure why anyone would ever choose to bank anywhere else? This branch, as well as any other Columbia Credit Union branch I have gone to, is friendly and efficient. They have a lot to offer. You should try them.

My SSA was not put in before you to closed today Christmas Eve. CHRISTMAS EVE! I had planned on that to finish my Christmas stuff. Now I either want my deposit or an extremely well thought out apology. 2026 is going to be a much better year because I don't think I will be banking with you.
