Doesn’t feel like a bank more like a family! The employees there always make you feel welcome! They’re always willing to go above and beyond to help you even when it’s things that were my fault! Who ever is managing that bank is doing an amazing job!

Things are very very wrong here people. We have banked here for several years now. Our first red flag should have been when we opt in for the round up feature of our account. (Your change moves to savings $.75 purchase $.25 gets put in savings) Months go by and my husband says he doesn’t like it because he sees it leave our checking account but has not seen ANY of the change go into our savings account. We go into the bank, and they track our money which was ALMOST $400.00 to a vacant account!?!?!? Accidents happen, a missed or added number…. I get it. So honest mistake we got our funds moved into our account. All good. My husband has complained to me that the bank is charging us a $30.00 courtesy pay, when we have money in our account. On multiple occasions in the past year we have been charged a $30 fee up to SIX times in one day, for an account that was not over drawn until charged this $30 and then stacked them!?!?! I fail to understand how they think this is okay. My husband calls the bank which took hours, only to be told they are not putting the funds back and fixing the issue. From June 2024 thru June 2025 there were 38 of these transactions. Over 3/4 of them are unwarranted fees. $1,140.00 WORTH. I do not recommend this bank and we plan to take legal action.

This bank showed me the same respect and provided me with the same exceptional customer service as though I were a serious customer when I signed up to be a member during an episode of schizophrenic psychosis with a landline telephone number, no email address, a backpack, and listed my occupation as "I walk around and pick up pennies." But their having treated me as though I were a good customer even though I knew I wasn't was just the kind of vote of confidence I needed to go out and become one. Five months later and I just formalized the opening of a checking account and made my first substantial wire transfer into my member account. I can't wait to continue to grow my relationship with this community focused operation. Also their security procedures are top notch and I have so much peace of mind knowing that the financial assets I worked so hard to recover are in good hands.

Lack of communication between each other, first they tell my dad one thing and then they say another thing, now these yayhoos want to tow his vehicle because apparently “he hasn’t paid” even tho he said that he will pay but a bit later, I (his son) tried to pay for the vehicle over the phone and was told that I couldn’t only my dad can even though I paid for the vehicle in question over the phone before, and another thing he was told that he didn’t have to pay the full bill that he only needed to pay $200 so that way they know that he still wants to pay for the vehicle and then they send him a bill saying that he owed $1,000 and that he had to pay immediately or the vehicle would get towed, seriously why say one thing then say something different, yall need to communicate with each other

The people who work at this bank are so RUDE. I was on the phone with Able and he interrupted me so many time and was super unprofessional. He also has been accusing us of stuff we have not been doing. It’s been nothing but complications throughout our loan. If I could leave no stars I would. I highly recommend NOT using this bank.
