I have had several personal loans with this credit union. Always has been great. Last year I made a loan for a camper. The payments were to be taken out automatically of my account. I decided to 7 months later I decided to sell the camper. When I went to get the pay off they were ready to reposse it because they said payments had not been made. I was in Total shock. After A LOT of back and forth trying to figure out what had went wrong they have my checking account number wrong. So when they were trying to take the payments out they were being denied. I had another personal account with them and Never missed a payment as with my previous accounts. I have since paid that account off but my credit score is destroyed. They have done NOTHING to make it right. I have tried to refinance my van with them so I can make my payments cheaper because I had to borrow from a friend to pay the extra amount on the camper. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY. I think it's sad they will not help when they had a part in destroying my credit. NO ONE will give me credit. They know what my credit score was before this happened and they know the reason it happened. You will reap what you sow!!!

In July I needed a loan for some money because I was going on a trip and wanted a little extra money. Everything started out good, applied for a loan and heard back within 2-3 days that I was approved. Signed paperwork that day and got a check for my loan. During the paperwork signing I was asked if I wanted to repay the loan back by allowing them to take money out of my account on a set day of the month. I agreed and gave them my account and routing number to my bank account. In September I got a call that I was $200 behind in my repayment and they demanded I bring in $200 that day. I asked the man “are you not taking out of my account “ he said they have tried multiple times but my bank was denying it. I called my bank who states that the Credit Union never tried to request money to be removed from my account. I even looked at my previous bank statements from July, August and Sept. Nothing was showing up. So I called the Credit Union back and was met with an attitude from the man who didn’t really care about what I had to say, all he wanted was the money. I went up to the credit union the next day only to find out that they wrote the wrong account number down and was trying to get money from someone else’s account. I asked them, why they waited until I was $200 behind to say anything. And the woman stated she didn’t know that she just took that job over as the previous woman who did my paperwork quit. Word of advice I would steer clear of this company. After I finish paying them off I will never do business with them again.

System is down and has been down going on 1 week now they can’t show or tell me how much money I have I have a sufficient amount of money but as of now they will only allow withdrawal of 200 because of an error on there side I advise everyone to take your money from this place and run Same answer each time that the server is being rebuilt. The time to rebuild is weekends not during the week when people who slave during the week need their money. If you can’t afford to fix it quickly then our money is definitely in the wrong hands

As far as being a credit union, it is not a very good one. Look at this as more of a small town bank with only 1 b&m location that outsources its loans. Generally you won't hear back for potentially a couple days when you apply for a loan. (Been there, done that, several times). Overall the ladies up front are generally nice. 1 of the 2 loan persons are usually pretty kind. The other guy seems to sometimes have a chip on his shoulder which isn't very personable and professional (in a role that usually should require it). All in all working with the ladies up front and Charlie is usually a friendly experience. If they would work on being timely and help the other guy learn to be more of a people person (YOU HAVE NO REASON TO ACT ANGRY. YOU WORK INSIDE WITH NO PHYSICAL STRAIN. BE HAPPY GUY.) this would definitely get 5 stars.

They have always been very helpful and friendly. I have borrowed money several times and never had any issues. Easier than borrowing from a bank.
