My experience having my baby and staying in labor and delivery at UHC was truly incredible. The care was exceptional and the nurses especially were outstanding. They treated me and my family with the utmost care and respect. It was clear they cared about us as people, not only as patients. I was updated about the plan of action, medications, etc. in ways that I could easily understand and was always involved in every decision. My incision healed well and my recovery was smooth. From start to finish, I have nothing but praise for the staff.

First and foremost, let me just say, the security guard that checked me is a total jerk! I was admitted for mental health crisis, and despite knowing that, he talked to me very cruelly and made me break down in tears. The nurse who had to watch my room just sat there and did nothing. I felt as though some of the nurses didn’t have any empathy for my situation. I understand that I may have been difficult at some times, but I was literally having an active mental health crisis and was scared, afraid, and in pain. Plus side… there was one overnight nurse who treated me with unforgettable kindness. It’s really not that hard to be kind. I was admitted to Mon health for the same reason last September, and had the total opposite experience. So, I feel like I have a general idea between good and bad healthcare. Never willingly going back to this hospital again. I’d rather just stay sane than have to deal with this hospital again.

I bring my mother here for many services - primarily from the ortho spine center. She is always greeted like she's family, made comfortable and taken back for treatment very promptly. Staff are very accommodating of her mobility issues and her hearing deficit. The campus is laid out about as well as you possibly can making it very convenient to get her near a door to get her out and easy entry into the clinic. This beautiful hospital has all the services you'd expect from a big regional hospital with the comfortable vibe of a small community hospital!

I was recently admitted to United Hospital Center unexpectedly. There are not enough good things I can say about each and every staff member I encountered. The care was superior. The staff was the best part of my stay. I would like to send a special token of appreciation to the wonderful staff on 4 North. Faye, LPN made my stay more comfortable and provided me with excellent care.

4th floor labor and delivery, the nurses are incredible! Ashley is one of the nicest, most helpful nurses, she really cares about her patients and thats incredibly comforting right after giving birth. Thank you for making my baby and me feel welcomed and cared for. 😊
