This is a horrible credit union. I have been a member of a prior CU for over 20yrs, I start work with CAMC and change to their CU. In 1yrs I have had so many issues. They love to lock your account and not tell you, mark your account fraud (no notice). You can not speak to anyone in the evening or Saturday (when most people do their shopping). When you call during the day they are either rude or have no clue. I was just told the debit and checking account processors do not speak to each other. If you choose this credit union good luck.

Love them I've been banking with them for about a decade. Yeah the hours are awful because if something happens outside 8-4 through the week I can't get a hold of them, but because they aren't overworked slaves they are much more pleasant to deal with than customer service from 24/7 banks who hire people who don't even speak english, but are given a script to memorize.

I would rate it 0 if I could. Switching banks upon the arrival of Tuesday morning as of right now. My card continously declines putting me in a bind when I clearly have a balance in both checking and savings. Refuses to work on any atm machine. My problem today is that as my vacation has started and reservations have been set in place, my card once again refuses to work on a Saturday. Call and to my surprise business hours are Monday through Friday and the special help recording was no help either. Locked my account from even being accessed with no updates, emails, nothing what so ever. Very disappointed and this has been the last straw. I do not recommend banking through this credit union.

Welcome to CAMCFCU, the place where your online banking is always down, the people who work here are always rude, your bank account constantly gets locked and you must babysit your account. You cannot make purchases out of country. No bank linking app works (plaid, etc) so good luck linking your bank to anything. This bank is probably the most underdeveloped headache mess you will ever run into and that’s the truth. P.S they never answer the phones and the automated call system is awful.

Don't even think about going there unless you are a member. All I wanted was a hundred dollar bill for some tens and fives, to keep from driving blocks to my bank in a construction zone. NOPE ! And my wife is a member.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
