I would give zero stars if I could. I had money in a savings account with Element, and after a year of inactivity they closed my account without notifying me in any way. They then charged off the remaining balance with delinquency fees until the account was emptied. Unless you want your money STOLEN without warning, I would strongly recommend finding another credit union or bank.

Our experience was absolutely painless! Everything was quick and easy. Working with Emily made it so enjoyable. She answered every question with ease and if she didn’t know she got back to us very quickly. We will definitely be back in the future.

We went in today to set up our new account and because of work we had to go in close to closing. Even with kids in tow both of the ladies there were super nice and we had great conversations while getting all of the paper work done. We ended up being there a good bit after closing but I never once felt like an inconvenience. I would gladly reccomend banking here.

Jamie was absolutely the best to work with, she went out of her way to help me and my husband get a boat loan. We tried a bank and as usual, this was difficult and very time consuming. I told my husband that we needed to go through Element credit union because they are much better to work with. I spoke to Jamie and she was amazing to help with everything we needed. She had us approved and on our way to get the boat in no time. I cannot express how stress free and easy the process was, especially compared to a bank. Thank you Element!
