The whole branch is wonderful. I’ve been with them since 2017 and have never had anything but positive experiences. Jamie Rizzo, their manager, might be better at her job than anyone I know. She is so direct and friendly and brilliant, she makes sorting out finances and loan applications and everything you need done financially so, so, SO much easier. I’m a musician and state employee, far from a rich man, and it doesn’t matter if you have a million dollars or a hundred dollars to your name - Rizzo runs her team in a way that everyone - even the broke little guys of the world - feel respected and like they have a professional in their corner. I’ll never bank anywhere else.

Had more trouble with this place than any other, for example auto withdrawal doesn't stop when you pay something off they just continue to withdrawal it till you give them something in writing to stop it. Very shady in my opinion.

I have been a customer for 40 years. Recently my husband and I had business to conduct at the Hurricane office and while we were waiting, we asked to use their facilities. Access was absolutely denied! Husband is elderly and on water medications, Ithought that was a cruel way to treats long time customer who was there to conduct business. I am not over this, and may never be. I can understand not permitting the general public, we are bank customers, there to see someone to conduct business. An absolute apology would be nice. P.S. I have always loved the Credit Union.( up till now, that is)

I went through the drive thru this morning to make a cash deposit into my checking account! I had the deposit slip filled out with my cash, the teller Terry was rude and asked for my birthdate I asked her why when I am just making a cash deposit! Her reply was “people drop off money all of the time”! Seriously! I felt like that was a violation of my privacy to ask for my private info through the drive thru. I called to speak to the manager and I have yet to receive a phone call back!
