From January 2020 - April 2022 my Bill went from 76.00 to 120.00-140.00 called power company and finely talked to a customer service agent that seen the scamming going on Residents at The Patton Place Apartments in Winfield West Virginia and Manager wouldn't provide Actual information of meters because they were locked inside of building and manager use to work for Appalachian Power company and told residents we had to give her the Appalachian Power company App on company computer!! Some of us was paying for the buildings Power!!
