They are the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I don't like the idea that all the windows and doors are covered and they will not allow you in the lobby to conduct your business.

Not a good place to bank. Now they have windows and doors all covered?? Glad I’m no longer banking with them.

The girl that answered the phone with me was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to at a business. I had locked myself out of my online account and just needed help to unlock it. I ask her a question that I honestly didn’t know the answer to, but she said in a sarcastic tone.” Well, don’t you know?” I don’t usually deal with the Huntington office in Barboursville, but just because of this, I’m probably moving my accounts

I have been banking with FPFCU for over a decade. Up until about a year ago, they were professional, courteous, and kind. Until I lost my job and had unstable employment for about a year. I have received some of the rudest calls over fees. I had a lady, whose name I will not mention here but I know it, call me yesterday, saying “your account is a mess.” One of the most unprofessional and unpleasant conversations I’ve had. Lacking compassion and empathy for a supposed community bank. It added more stress to an already incredibly stressful time. Also, they refuse to stop fee collection for insufficient funds, even though this was done for me and family at other banks. I got more compassion from capital one. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be closing my account

Just like the other reviews, I had one of the nastiest experiences ever with this Credit Union! I was called by them regarding an ACH pmt trying to come through to an old account I had there. I called back to get information and was transferred to several different people who claimed they didn’t have access and needed to put me in touch with someone who did. After verifying who the sender was and waiting 45 mins on hold for them, they also needed information from credit union. I called on 3-way attempting again, I was put in touch with a lady named Toni whom I explained to what I needed. She instantly sounded irritated and verified my information. After putting me on hold she came back on the line aggressively asking why I was calling from a phone number that had someone else’s name on the caller ID who also banks at this particular branch. I was so confused as to what that had to do with the nature of my call and she would not give a direct answer. Upon giving me the information I called for her tone was very rude, nasty and inappropriate for someone in her position! I would not recommend anyone bank with these people or if there is someone over Toni at this branch, you might need to go back and listen to the way she treats your clients!
