My bank had an error from an atm deposit on customers check from this credit union. I was only paid once, yet this institution took my money back because the customer showed 2 charges on her statement. We are going on 5 months since they took my money back. My bank has reached out to resolve the issue and apparently they haven't made much effort to resolve the situation from my understanding. Neither my statements nor my bank show where the customer was even charged twice. Edit: 13 months later, I finally received my money back from this useless credit union. Zero respect for people. Where is the interest on my money you all kept for over a year? They also sent letters to my old address for 18 years for someone named Deborah K. Butts. I returned to sender countless times and even emailed into them explaining she doesn't live here. The letters just kept coming.

12 19 2024 from that date.I went in to go get a lone to help my grandmother out For funeral expenses to help her out. She's still alive and well. I went in to get $4500. I put all my information and I work at a very good job. It paid very Good I got a phone call yesterday saying I didn't get approved because I had 2 things against me. But I was going to go in and tell him. What about that $58000 truck out there? Sitting in the front on Edward. Miller boulevard Somebody must have good credit and didn't repossess. Ed now the bank is stuck with a paperweight out Fri. Think I was discriminated against. And probably. Woodget myself a lawyer Last year I tried to plan for a $4800 loan. And they asked me what the lung was for and I saw a new furnace for my grandmother. Cause the furnace we have is 80 years old and then I got it. The answer within 3 days. They say I wasn't approved cause I got a good job but there aint no places that would. Approve you without, can you establish credit when you can get credit? That's why I hate this bank.I'm switching to citizens or another bank of my choice. If I could give it negative stars I would

I haven't been able to log in on the 167th FCU site for 4 days now. I called today to ask what is going on and the person had an 'I don't Give a Darn' attitude, yawned while I'l trying to talk with her several times and gave me no idea as to what is going on. I've been a customer there for over 30 years and it just gets worse all the time. I've about had enough and will begin looking elsewhere.

There hasn't been a single month over the last year, since they did a major update to their services for the first time, that I have gone to this bank without a problem. My direct deposite paychecks have been late, I have been logged and locked out of my online banking account and been forced to beg them to change my login ID manually just so I could see how much money I have when I cant go there physically, I can only make online purchases on Amazon, my card has been locked for going two states over and trying to purchase food on a road trip. And their hours? Were not accurate to what is stated on their website for months. Trying to use this credit union is the most miserable banking experience I have ever had in my entire life and if my job wasn't stubborn as a mule and refused to direct deposit anywhere else I would have left years ago. At this point, if I have to physically go there to see my balance? I may as well just take all my money and deposit it into another bank while I'm out so I can actually see and use my money when I actually want to.
