I had a good experience with them a few years ago. They were kind and helpful. I wish I knew the lady's name who assisted me then because I'd be more than happy to work with her. This time I tried applying for a vehicle loan, and the woman I spoke to was rude and refused to assist me with my concerns. She also kept telling me I was wrong when I was speaking about my own personal experience with them in the past. I guess I'll be switching to a new credit union for this loan.

This place needs to be checked for it's hiring practices. All Women who will deny a loan just because they feel like it. Went in there with $5000 and they ignored and talked down to me.
