Paid my car off. Teller got my title from Susan and she said “ she paid her car off thank god and talked nasty about me” like I couldn’t hear her then when I was just about to leave Susan saw I had the title and ripped it out of my hands which gave me a paper cut and said you can’t have that we’re holding it because your a consigned on someone else loan. Just very rude unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to their customerss.

The MHFCU changed its website and has made it impossible to get into accounts. Call both the Parkersburg and Beckley numbers and you get a fast busy signal. They know there are problems with the website but refuse to answer the phones to provide assistance. I have been a member for 30 years and this is unacceptable. I generally wouldn't leave a review, but maybe they will see this review and answer the phone.

After many years being a customer of MHFCU, I still find it the best of the financial institutions I have a relationship with(5). The personnel are the kindest, most eager to help that you will ever find. They are so quick to help if any dispute or mistake occurs, and will correct it asap whomever is at fault. I truly recommend this banking institution to anyone who loves friendly service, and cares about your satisfaction. Most importantly you can speak to the highest to the lowest in this bank without an appointment, all are there for you. Simply a great credit union. Trinity Regard

These people make it about as hard to pay them as they could. Refuse to take payment over phone and work ridiculous hours. Who closes at noon on a Thursday?! I wouldn't be as upset if they didn't have an outrageously rude employee pointing and laughing at me because I showed up when they had recently closed. I took the liberty of posting a picture of their hours. Ps if you look closely you can see the employee to the right of the sign behind their double glass doors. The bullet holes on their drive up window should have been enough of a sign that this institution is less then trust worthy!

I have been with Mountain Heritage FCU since the late 90s. I opened my account at the Kearneysville WV location. Since opening my account, I traveled a great deal with my husband before he passed in 2006. We had moved from WV to Crofton MD, and after he died, I moved to SC. I then moved back to WV, then PA and finally back to MD. Where i have lived since 2008. Now with purchasing my forever home here in PA, in 2020, I am still with them! With my direct deposit, I never needed any other bank because with just a phone call, the employees know me, help me with anything I need and the customer service they provide, I don't WANT another bank. The customer service Mountain Heritage shows, well, its just unbeatable! I will stay with them forever!
