I was interested in refinancing my auto loan and decided to reach out to WV Central. The online application process took less than 5 minutes and after providing Kayla with some additional information, I was able to significantly lower my monthly payment. Extremely smooth process that I wish I would have done a lot sooner!

My account over drew which has never happened before. It was their 100% their error but yet I'm the one who had to pay. That's fine treat your customers like dirt right before Christmas. What kind of monsters does that to someone who is considered disabled a few days before Christmas?! The years I've been here I've been treated like dirt! I wouldn't NOT recommend this bank to anyone!

RUDE! I will never have an account with them again. I’ve banked with them for over 5 years, never asked them for anything. I paid off a big car loan & have always been in good standing with them. We’ve been struggling lately, as everyone has, & they’ve hit me with 3 overdrafts in 2 months ($75 total!!!!) I tried to explain my situation (out of work, no car, etc), & asked if there was anything they could do about the overdrafts, or even if they had overdraft protection I could enroll in (I literally started crying just because asking that was humiliating). The guy in the collection dept was one of the rudest, most condescending people I’ve ever dealt with. He not only had absolutely ZERO empathy, he actually CHASTISED me for over drafting & said there was NOTHING they could do. Little man, you have NO idea what is going on in peoples lives. And the way the world is, you think people are over drafting ON PURPOSE?? The absolute NERVE of this person blew me away. If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. BEWARE, bank elsewhere!!!!

I was a victim of fraud. I promptly reported it to law enforcement and the credit union. The credit union treated me like the perpetrator instead of the victim. They ignored federal consumer fraud protection laws and drained my other account to cover the fraudulent charges. The credit union hid behind their lawyer and refused to act in good faith effort to assist in recovering from the fraudulent charges.
